Gingerbread glazed with filling

A kind of printed gingerbread, having the form of a rectangular tile or a flat figure,
glazed on top. Contains apple filling.

Ingredients: Premium wheat flour, sugar, drinking water, apple jam filling 14.15% (apple puree, sugar), margarine (vegetable fats and oils in natural and hardened form refined deodorized), egg powder, natural honey, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), dough leaveners: ammonium bicarbonate and sodium bicarbonate, flavors: "Butter" and "Honey", acidity regulator: citric acid.
